Mineral Healing Free Live Workshops Over the past 4 weeks I have been very busy learning how to stream live on Facebook. The reason for it is that I have been thinking how I could best deliver what I have learned about mineral healing to those of you who want to learn about them. In my case it’s what can share about healing power of minerals – salts, muds, clays, zeolite and diatomaceous earth.

 

So one day I heard from my mentor Lynn Terry about a run by a lady who has made her name virtually living live streaming. She does it for her own business and teaches others how to do it. I joined her course and decided to do a workshop about minerals and how they help us heal. The result is that I am now working on the 3rd episode and am keen to share it with you.

Heart disease, stroke, insomnia - how they are connectedHeart disease, stroke and insomnia are directly connected with each other according to the latest reaserch conducted in the UK. Burning the candle at both ends increases your risk of suffering from a stroke or heart disease and dying prematurely, new research suggests.

 

“If you sleep less than six hours per night and have disturbed sleep you stand a 48 per cent greater chance of developing or dying from heart disease and a 15 per cent greater chance of developing or dying of a stroke,” said Professor Francesco Cappuccio from the University of Warwick Medical School. He also warned: “The trend for late nights and early mornings is actually a ticking time bomb for our health so you need to act now to reduce your risk of developing these life-threatening conditions.”
